Putting it another way, what I meant was, are they keeping their powder dry for some reason unknwon to us mere mortal shareholders? Which I guess is what MM was alluding to?
One thing seems certain - stuff IS happening in the background. The only question is, why is it being kept there?
For a guy as out there as MB, there has to be a good reason behind the strategy, if indeed that's what it is.
