re: Ann: CIW: In Specie dividend and notice o... Distribution to shareholders? Can anyone interpret this in layperson's language?
The way i read it, is that a distribution will be forthcoming to all existing shareholders (who though MLC or CIW shareholders). But for this distribution to be allowed, the constitution must be altered first.
Can anyone else add anything?
