Would love for Kelso to explain in full the situation with Primary and who ownes what percentage, where Bounty came into play (if at all) and how the Primary shares where issued to whom and how.
Can not see how Bounty can give shares to Drillsearch for Primary shares and Bounty not show any shares being held in Primary?????
May be I'm reading it all wrong but something is not on top of the table.
