TCISbos...you're simply not an observant bloke. For starters you dont know what MOD has ...until now...so you cant judge its issued cap as inflated. GO have a look at FMJ and stop bleating about how unusual it is. Secondly...you put no weight on management and backers. Those who have eyes know it makes a difference.
For everyone else which a modicum of sense I think we can be happy the monies have been raised at 20 cents and look forward to drilling like madmen with our own rigs.
