I don't think we can use previous pie in the sky $25 share prices as a yard stick.
Personally I think TZ would have to be extremely successful to get back to $3 given it's chequered past coupled with the massive dilution since. If someone offered it ($3) to me tomorrow I'd bit their hand off!
