ATM this weeks action is mostly a technical move.
There's been no official fundamental news to change price. (The whole planet knows the nasdaq listing is coming)
Price hit the bottom of the flag last week and has bounced off and has all but hit the top. ST traders will take their money here and look to re enter lower
OR
If price confirms a breakout of the flag, they will probably have to pay a bit more but buy back in on the confirmation with a high 30's target.
