re: Ann: Technology used by University of Que... One of the possibilities with regard to the patent action in the UK is that one such research project is behind the re-examination. Assuming that BLT wins this case the antagonist will probably have to reveal themselves and royalties may be due.
Of course the other possibility is that a pharma or company like Alnylam is behind the UK stunt.
