Based on all their rosy projections and, ahem, great progress to date, a placement to sophisticated investors at 3c a share seems appropriate.

That's about the VWAP over the last couple of months and would get the price moving back up, create momentum, everybody happy.

Unfortunately flying pigs are rarely sighted.

On a different subject, with all the hundreds of posts, breathless watching and daily exhaustive analysis of this stock, I'm surprised no-one seems to be sure of the exact status of Jay Stratton Jnr these days and exactly what his involvement is, if anything. Who are the main people actually overseeing the workovers and daily operations, waving their arms at trucks, turning taps on and off, etc, as opposed to the corporates whose job is to sell the story to the masses?

Finally, 6 months ago the talk on here was always about whether Marion would last the month. Now the talk is about whether it has any long term future. At least that is a slight improvement and people can talk about buying the stock at current levels as a spec without being rushed into psychiatric care. All stock purchases are about risk versus possible reward and Marion has plenty of both.
