Haven't checked the figures myself, but surely the payroll figure you mentioned will reduce significantly as the labour intensive workload of the Jetstar and other managed services contracts are exited? Sure there will be some termination payments, etc, so may not be that significant this half, but going forward, could be.

ASX aren't very good at spotting dodgy companies, neither are ASIC, at least until it's too late for Shareholders, but not having enough directors is a red flag and Pynt's quick exit is a HUGE concern!!! Management need to give an explanation ASAP.
