As ASIC is precluded from commenting on operational matters, we are unable to provide further details regarding what, if any, action we may or may not take in relation to the concerns you have raised.

What a totally crappy, generic and useless response.
I don't even think she's read my letter.
I think it's just a standard automated response.

I specifically did tell them in my letter that I have prepared a spreadsheet which clearly shows the BOTS depressing the SP of SSC and I specifically did not attach that info to my complaint so they would contact me and request that info.
The 3rd paragraph of their letter says that any further action depends on the availability of evidence.
Hello, you drongos, I have it and I have told you about it yet it seems you don't want it because you or your automated computer system has already made up your mind.

Sorry, but that's not good enough and I will be responding appropriately.
