DB on behalf of CGNPC are increasing their shorting positions (see LSE KAH). We are not going to fall for the lower offer (which I see as the strategy) based on some sort of weighted 30d average and I am sure Rio and Itoucho are not either. However let us not forget the market is the market - and the distribution of wealth from the impatient to the patient.
