eagle, looking at the NSW Legislative Council seats at the moment, of a possible 21 there are:
7 Liberal Seats
4 Nationals Seats
4 Labor Seats
2 Greens Seats
1 Country Labor
1 Shooters and Fishers (that party always makes me lol)
1 Christian Democratic Party
1 tba (Paulines potential seat as an Independant)
as you have said many times regarding the gillard government, percentage votes mean nothing in the voting system, its the number of seats/coalition of seats that creates the winner and giveth the power
so judging by the greens 2 seats and paulines 1 seat, i would say shes not far off having similar support levels to the greens in the NSW Legislative Council
