    RIA bounces back after heavy volume as a fund finally gets cleared out. Stock should bounce hard from here as also appears the Ivory Coast situation is near a resolution with Gbagbo calling for a ceasefire and as President-elect Alassane Ouattara captures Ivory Coast's capital.

    Time to buy back in after a few months on the sidelines due to the political situation.
