ann: funding

This just got a whole lot better with that ann. Refiners keen for offtake and debt funding to fund the "larger proportion" of capital required for the acquisition. Whilst the equity component will merely fund the upgrade/refurbishment.

Worries about massive dilution should be eased a little now and this is a good vote of confidence from the refiners who made contact with the company according to the ann and must be confident in the mine. Probably one of the best ann's the company could have hoped for IMO.

It's a stronger buy IMO. Now all it needs to do is run north!
