    If you look at the ASX web site under company research for WEC and see the charts the shares would be $3.85 now if the shares performed in line with the XJO (All Ords).So at the current price of $3.00 there has been a massive underperformance.

    However lately the shares have been outperforming the market.

    I thought that the resources upgrade announcement was excellent.
