A 120% rise over a couple months is like sitting down to Mum's Christmas dinner, with double servings of turkey and glazed ham, two types of stuffing, veggies roasted in goose fat, and a couple bottles of fine plonk.

You don't start on desert straight away, you wander off, bicker with your relatives and have a snooze somewhere and make room for the christmas pudding floating in an ocean of brandy sauce, lashings of cream and islands of ice cream. The best is yet to come.
