Please understand that in no way am I questioning the response from PL you have passed on to the forum.

If a JV with Anglo is in negotiation, then that fact for NKP constitutes market sensitive information. There are under ASX LR 3.1 various exemptions from the immediate disclosure requirement, for example an incomplete agreement or proposal, whic a JV in negotiation may constitute.

The burning question in my mind is whether or not PL inadvertently let slip market sensitive information to a select group, ie yourself.

If this is the case then the only way NKP can rectify the situation is to make an immediate announcement to the market, especially considering the "sensitivity" of that information in relation to the NKP share price. Now PL is no fool and he knows this.

So the question I have to ask is, considering the above, if I do not see an immediate announcement, then why not? Is it because NKP do not understand their obligations, or possibly a JV with Anglo is not quite as advanced as the words provided to you may have implied.

I for one think they know their legal obligations, so I look at the second option and wonder.
