    Hi, I'm a noob. Just have a few questions about a takeover.

    I brought my shares of BOW at $1.7, if the takeover is at $1.5, does that mean I loose $0.2 for every share I have?

    If hypothetically a takeover at $1.5 is imminent, does it make sense to buy now at ~$1 to make up the loss?
