Also his broker said 'placement', unless the broker is the issuing broker(and therefor in the know) he will not get any shares anyway. And if the broker was in the know, then he wouldnt speculate. He would be certain. Instead the broker seems to be guessing based solely on cash position.
If you want to be guaranteed cheap shares, then buy now. Waiting for a possible cr that may not involve existing holders is futile.
