I really don't think that at this stage the Co can say anything till the matter has been fully dealt with by the relevant authorities.
IMO....The longer it is taking for the T/Overs Panel to make an announcement, gives me the impression that there maybe some more serious concerns and/or complicated legal issues arising from same.
I'm quite surprised that Chelkns is fairly quite of late as he seems to know a lot more about what goes on behind the scenes at most times.
Chelks has MY told you keep things low keyed !!!!
