    amazed the ESI pilot plant is in Bacchus Marsh, using the same coal that Mantle now have exploration rights to. The ESI process requires waste heat from a power station, there is no power station at Bacchus Marsh. This integration has not been done so is not a true test of capability. Also the process would be very energy intensive with the absence of a waste heat source.
