Yes ozrider its a matter of timeframes. Last July from memory you could have bought PEK heads for about 9c. Now they are 70c odd. Thats not a bad gain. PEK are not a blue chip... yet, but they are far from being a penny dreadful.
If you want something that will double (and even more often it seems) halve in a week look at the stocks under 10c and be prepared to take big risks.

I think most of the better REE stocks are well undervalued ATM. PEK is one of the cheaper and IMHO one of the best of these so IMHO has one of the biggest margins to move. I think PEK will at least double in SP in the remainder of the year. The problem for the impatient being that it will probobly take the rest of the year for this full doubling to happen. As I said if you are in more of a hurry or need bigger gains then off to the penny dreadfuls. That would be my advise, but they may not do it for you either and then again PEK might not too!! Lol!!

So your on your own, or you could use a chart but apparently they are not much use either!
