when I went to vanuatu one of the places I stayed was on Aore Island
stunning 4000m2 waterfront blocks, 200k
away from the water subdivision ~500m2 blocks, 50k
aussies everywhere
absolute paradise, couple hours flight from Brissy
building isnt cheap though, but there are ways around that
