Your definition of an aboriginal is absolutely correct.
However, if you read up on The Bradshaw Paintings, you will find that those claiming aboriginality today, were not descendents of the first inhabitants of this country.
When this fact is recognised by the courts, I believe that all native title claims will be ruled null and void.
