The CV of the Chief Oper Officer looks very good---he will ensure that this is done correctly and won't be concerned about HC impatient people. He has big firm experience and is no backyarder---and he has a lot riding on this one ( like millions on his employee options)
I feel the big end of town probably don't believe the reserve estimates---and will not come into this until it is proved beyond doubt
