Jv agreement is cool, but would dilute earns. what would worry me is heavy dilution this early in the play. At the end of the day we need cash, lots of work to go on this one.
Just don't want 2 bill shares on the books.
I guess every coy plan is to raise enough cap to get some good results, boost the sp and re raise at the high price thus less dilution, well that's what I would to see.
We will see Monday I guess..
