    I asked the caller from EQN if they get their yes vote to issue more shares for the takeover to proceed, does that then give them a free option to up the bid?

    No answer - she said someone from the Co. would contact me with an answer, 48 hrs and I'm still waiting.

    I personally am keen for the take-over to succeed at the current offer but am hesitant to hand over a fre reign to management.

    Anyone in here got any answers?
