I hear you Tide.... Managements record of creating shareholder wealth to date has been very poor.. Share price is 1c on the PKT scale.... to achieve this over 5 million dollars of share holders investment capital spent... No economic uranium resource ever identified... no aquired or producing coal assets... plenty of fees/salarys/administration expense.... much promised... nothing delivered.. Any precedent for this latest offer to unmarketable share holders Tide?... I've not seen it before..
