The WA Supreme Court has found in favour of Leighton Subsidiary Theiss over a $7 .3 million dispute with one of China's biggest State-owned entities, MCC. The court backed a finding by an adjudicator that MCC must pay Thiess $7.3 million in relation to a payment dispute over the Sino Iron project at Cape Preston.
