There are, what, five major religious groups? Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhiism, Hinduism? Plus many smaller ones, Shinto etc. And thousands of individual animist and other cults. Then the five major ones are subdivided, and redivided almost ad infinitum: Islam has Sunni and shiite, then varieties within (Wahabbi, etc.), Christianity has protestant and catholic, and all the orthodox types, many different types of protestant, then the Mormons, JWs ... maybe thirty reasonably large religious groups, all arrogantly insisting that THEIRS is the only one that is the real religion, and you will be eternally damned if you don't follow it (not strictly true for some).
Logically, if you have 30 groups insisting that theirs is the ONLY way - they are all wrong .......
