Macquarie Capital Advisers Limited are financial advisers to Amadeus. Surely professionals such as Macquarie would have enough "nouse" to carry out all the appropriate checks
on the EDEN and their bid etc. and to ensure that there was some binding documentation about the likely hood of finance proceeding prior to all of these announcements.
