Firstly I agree with you all that a spp for holders should've been offered and imo this would've also been over-subscribed with the additional bonus option. If the capital was required urgently then we should perhaps be expecting positive news to justify this raising?
On doing a quick search for quoted options within the biotech sector I just noted the following:
Search Code or Company Name: pyc Industry: Biotechnology & Life Sciences Type: Company Option __________
Code Name PYCOA PHYLOGICA LIMITED OPTION EXPIRING 30-JUN-2016
This search indicates that PYCOA options expiring 30/11/2016 are in fact traded options?
If these options were placed to the instos and sophs shouldn't they be unlisted and not show up on my normal search base?
