I have spoken to various levels in the CCC over the past few months and in EVERY instance, as has been discussed so many times on CCC posts in the past, management have no intention whatsoever of consolidating the SP until it reaches at least 10 cents and rightly so.

There are also inherent risks when an SP consolidation occurs, in many cases the SP has actually DROPPED dramatically after a consolidation. Something that nobody wants to happen to CCC except short traders of course.
