How about you answer a few simple questions for me;
Why was Greenland green and now its ice?
Why was the Sahara a lush forest then a desert, then lush and now desert again?
Why was the Thames frozen in the 1600's?
And why shouldn't the planet be warming after an ice age?
I've got a few more, but I don't want to overwhelm you.
Try getting your head out of your scientific journals and have a peek at a few history books.
And not that it matters but from what I've read (yes I do read) there is as much "evidence" that CO2 rises as as result of rising temperature and not the other way around.
Of course the "scientists" don't call it "Global Warming" any more, its now all encopassing "Climate Change" because they don't know which way its going to go.
I just hope it gets a bit warmer rather than cooler, crops (you know, FOOD that we need to eat) grows much better with a bit of heat....and CO2, ask any farmer.
Now get off your smarter-tham-me-high-horse and give me some rational common sense answers.
Oh and one more thing. If you're convinced we're going to burn and we need a tax to save us, why are you wasting your time in Australia when you should be over in China or India preaching to them to cut down on their CO2? Even without a Phd you should know that what measures are taken in Australia means stuffall in the global village.
