I just had my acceptance done over the phone by Commsec.
I hold shares in my SMSF, comsec is the broker
The BHP Booklet is about as useful as toilet paper imo, it is unclear on what to do with CHESS holdings.
As i expect as scale back by about 90%, I tendered all
ring broker for acceptance: chess holders
