If i read sealys presentation to the EGm right, the new business model was not just to sell tags to an intergrator but to get a percentage of the clip o the ticket on the applications.
with the Thailand deal the old management did not get this but it was rectified by Sealy when he did the deal on swapping shares in Kollokorn. so in thailand we get a 20% clip of the ticket. it did however cost 20% of the Mikoh Capital to get this.
Whats been managed to be got here is a 10% of the clip of the ticket for being the guys that brought the deal to the Malaysian people and no cost to getting this. in fact if i read the announcement correctly its even free carried for $3m. somapa needs to get a clip also because they provide the IT application systems.
this deal is heaps better than the original kollakorn deal and costs us nothing
