Yeah, but that's not Downer's debt. Somehow the NSW government has to get the money from somewhere to pay for all the Waratah trains. (They should start by putting the broom through Rail Corp!) If Downer delivers the trains according to the revised timetable they have no more liabilities and costs (fingers crossed).
