not just this forum - also other companies:
everytime a company does anything there's at least a dozen holders who know how to do it better, before they have all the facts to contemplate the deal
strangely enough : not one of those holders is on the board of any company
even more bizarre : a lot don't even hold stock (so how come it matters to them?)
