Beware of CGT implications if you are thinking of selling now instead of hanging on just a little longer for 50% off CGT. I topped up 6 months ago and purchased 200k parcel at 14c. Iam sitting on $32,000 profit if i sell at 30c. If i hold for another 6 months CGT amount will only be $16,000 instead of $32k. Having said that, i calculated that if i sold today i would have to buy back in at 22c for same gain. It is highly unlikely that i can buy back at 22c in addition to missing out if prr goes above 30c to 40c. Just my thoughts. GL to all holders & enjoy the ride.
