From all the previous costings, there is no need for a large capital raising.
I don't believe there will be one at all, but with single plants estimated at not much over $20m and the requirement for a plant only existing after agreements are reached, I expect a share price closer to $2, therefore little dilution would be needed even if the entire plant was funded by a cap raise.
Funding is not a major issue, not matter how it is obtained, once an agreement is reached to build a large US plant.
