    SWC....IMO,the cappers DO have a handle on the BOBs.

    The BOBs are taking their lead from the heads.
    Nothing happens with the options until the heads move.
    I trade both.There are often opportunities for arbitrage plays based on the options often lagging the heads for short periods.
