Who are the institutions? As far as I can tell it's HSBC, JP Morgan.
Time to act as a consumer, combined there are a lot of accounts that will never go under management/be deposited etc if this is the behavior these institutions condone.
I think the wider public should know about this kind of behavior condoned by complicity of the large institutions. This is not just an NC thing it's a public issue with funds using money given to them in good faith. I for one am interested in not just NC but the institutions who are condoning this kind of behavior.
