Among 1,886 MCO shareholders the top 4 hold close to 45% and the Top 20 at least 53% according to ASX/ASIC filings.

Morning Star Gold NL's (ASX: MCO) non-executive director Alexei Motlokhov indirectly bought 1,558,667 shares for $675,134.38 on-market on March 31, 2011.

This was the second buy up last month for Motlokhov. Earlier in March, he lodged notices indicating that he bought 841,333 shares costing $352,369 on-market on March 1, 2011.

Chillee Ltd (Mr Motlokhov's investment group) now holds 35,008,696 shares or 12.31% of MCO roughly equalling MCO's major shareholder (chairman Nick Garling).

Garling also recently notified the ASX of MCO share buying and holds 12.25% of MCO's total issued capital of 284,318,462 ordinary shares.

Another major shareholder of MCO buying recently was Nick Garling's best mate and neighbour David Griffith of Yarandi Investments who holds 10.5% of the issued stock.

Now that is what I call "plenty of skin in the game."

I would be buying more too if I had the dosh. Have even considered mortgaging my late mother's soul. Heaven forbid.
