It has been confirmed from admin that they are two different users.

I got this email from HC admin yesterday after asking if they could check the two users as I believe it could be used to manipulate the forum:

"No, they're not the same, but some may know each other.
Don't worry, mods watch these things, but if ever in doubt, it's best to TOU a post rather than contact admin.

I I accept their response, but it was very suspicious.

I apologise for the public manner in which I questioned their integrity.
