I believe TOE is a great company, and as many of us know it is a well managed company.
IMO, from the 2/4 next year we will see TOE moving upwards. It is a shame that all these issues with JAPAN have delayed a moving up price from late this year.

I believe that there is no doubt that Chinese and Russian investors will find it attractive and it wouldn't surprise me if we see big changes after this late environmental study is approved. However, OZL would have to decide whether to downgrade or not its stake, so TOE can be more attractive to potential investors.
