Thats US$2,550 Billion for 12 months only, Capex raising will not be a problem IMHO. Now if they do increase tonnage, anything could happen to this companies sp in years to come, and the divvies, well you can easily work that out as the capex will be paid back in only 12 months of production, then the divvies will start.
Bring on Production, early 2013 would be nice.
