From my experience with Unilife, who listed on the Nas last year...
To list on the Nasdaq takes a while and a lot of work and money, also will need to be voted by the shareholders.
Has the Nasdaq given the initial ok for PRR to seek listing yet???? if not it will take a good 6 months from then if the company is on the ball.
