End of story says " Company Directors Andrejewskis,Wills, & Tucker will each receive 3m shares for which they will pay 0.1c.The shares were issued at that price and not 20c because ofthe significant time they have commotted and will commit,and the significant personal risks and responsibilities they are taking on,as directors."

"None of these matters are properly compensated by the annual fee the directors will receive."

I ask you,what would a new investor think about going into "FLINDERS" with this information coming out.
