    98% remains undisturbed and available for use as usual during that time.

    Common sense for all involved is needed...just a matter of finding the right level of compensation and a workable agreement.

    LD and LM will easily beat STB and ELM when it comes to capex and opex. ELM will be underground and STB has about $3b worth of waste removal.
