    The following is what I posted in November last year and was ridiculed by some for my point of view.


    "It would seem that as Mr Moore, who is paid $561,750 pa, will be given a further $160,000, as an incentive to do what he is already being very well paid for.

    Until there is a major improvement in the share price, and some real action and results, in the Service Contracts, I feel that this incentive maybe too premature to warrant this kind of extravagance!

    Like most, if not all shareholders, I buy my shares with my hard earned money and I am not on $500,000+ pa.
    Mr Moore has a big enough incentive with the shares and options he has already been given, to perform, and when the share price reflects outstanding performance, THEN he, or any other director, may be worthy of free money in the form of shares or options!"

    It now looks in hind sight that I may not have been so far off the mark!!
